Here some press: MILTON KEYNES, England--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 10, 1999--MSU Corporation MUCP , an Internet set-top-box technology company, announced today that it has retained The May Davis Group as the company's investment bankers.

The May Davis Group succeeds Capital Bay Securities, which ended its relationship with MSU on December 31, 1998.

The May Davis Group focuses on the needs of small to medium-sized companies worldwide, and is actively involved in investment banking, strategic financial advisory services and institutional and retail brokerage.

Wyn Holloway, MSU's chairman, commented, "May Davis will develop a strategic program to enhance MSU's shareholder value. This program will include a well-defined marketing plan designed to help MSU form alliances, and assist with its overall business strategy.

"May Davis has a successful track record of assisting companies in the Internet technology industry, and we look forward to working with them and benefiting from their investment banking expertise," Mr. Holloway concluded.

Owen May, chairman of The May Davis Group, said, "The Internet represents the greatest technological application of the computer age. We are confident that we can assist MSU in carving and maintaining a successful niche in the marketplace."

MSU Corporation designs and develops computer chips and chip sets principally for use in consumer electronic products. Most of the company's chips are capable of multiple functions and eliminate the need for additional chips. Moreover, they diminish the risk of malfunction and error, permit more efficient circuit-board designs and are available at a low cost. In addition to computer chips, MSU develops consumer electronic products and reference platforms for itself and other companies. Its SlipStream Internet access technology enables anyone with a television and regular telephone line to access the Internet and send and receive e-mail. And when used with MSU's customized, proprietary browser, SlipStream allows users in Germany, France, Italy, Poland, Portugal, China and English- and Spanish-speaking countries to access and interact with foreign web sites in their native language. The SlipStream technology is also manufactured and marketed in a TV set-top box. MSU also offers custom services in chip design, hardware and operating-system development, computer peripheral-design development and application-software development, consulting and sourcing.
