Good morning pals, I think the fun will continue but be ready to move when the market turns. Have you seen all the money sitting in money markets at the moment?
I missed most of yesterday's trading as MRS. BLUE and I spent some time with Rita and her Mother yesterday. Rita's battle is coming to an end and the cancer is having its way and we all know it.
So what do you think two women who have fought breast cancer and a Mother and a husband do or talk about in a situation like that? We laughed alot, a whole lot. We talked about BBQ, home and other things, we talked about dogs and how they "know" about cancer.
We talked about how the Old Yellow Dog sat at my wife's bed as she went through chemo. How Rita's outdoor dog (a Yellow Lab too) now comes in the house and stays with Rita, watches over Rita. I swear by all that is holy that dog smiled yesterday when we entered the house and my wife when to the couch where Rita lay and hugged her.
We also talked about Rita's long battle with cancer. She has been through chemo four different times. We talked about how Rita fought a good battle, a brave battle and how Rita would fight no more, not that cancer has won, she is just not going to fight any more. No more chemo, no more experimental drugs. There was a strange peace in that room yesterday, God's work.
We told Rita not to worry about her dog. His life was saved several years ago when Rita got him out of the doggy jail. He won't lose his life when Rita's cancer takes her's. I promised her there is no way that dog will ever go to a doggy jail. I will find him a home or keep him myself if I have too. I'll try to find him a home on a ranch near my land in the happy hunting grounds. Ranch life is a great life for a dog.
If you have lost money in this market and think life is unkind, I wrote this for you. Money isn't everything, live is. BLUE
