Globe says Nuinsco stock jumps on rumours Nuinsco Resources Limited NWI Shares issued 40,440,366 1999-02-09 close $2.61 Wednesday Feb 10 1999 The Globe and Mail reports in its Wednesday, Feb. 10, 1999 edition that Nuinsco Resources stock advanced 32 cents to $2.61 on the Toronto Stock Exchange yesterday amid speculation that its Lac Rocher property in Northern Quebec will be confirmed as a major nickel and copper discovery. The Globe's Market Movers column reports that Nuinsco said last month that a sample taken from the site about 640 kilometres north of Ottawa showed large amounts of both minerals.
