I've always liked this company, and was pleased to see a note in InfoWorld last week that Novadigm claims to have some patents that may block some of the much celebrated "push" technologies for information delivery, software updating, etc., of the Marimba sort. Anybody have any information on the strength of Novadigm's patents here? Are we looking potentially at a Stack/Microsoft situation?
