OFF TOPIC I'm currently reading a book so precisely written and profound that it showed me just how erratic my use of the language has been at times on these boards. At one point last year, I distinctly remember using the term "goat herder" during the heat of a verbal battle with a person with a Middle Eastern-sounding name. Even though I was using that phrase during a time when I was in a no-scapegoat-herding-enforcer-mode on this board, I must apologize for stubbornly refusing to clarify that point early on and letting it linger up to now.
