If people fully understood the ramifications of the press release as I illustrated in post 4396 techstocks.com

they would see how this fits into the grand plan.

FTEL is building a HI-TECH UTILITY COMPANY with equipment sales, just like the old ATT/Lucent deal. And just as ATT/Lucent did, Frank will spin off FNET into it's own IPO, and they will work hand in hand, feeding each other.

Now you have a third entitity that could be a separate busisness unto itself. The 900# ISP tech support again is the future today, it is brilliant, I mean brilliant.

Think about this. With Internet Telephony coming into play, videoconferncing, videophones, etc., do you think there may be a few configuration problems. Have you ever tried to hook up a ISDN modem?
Let me tell you pal, I'd pay someone $100 to set it up, they are a major pain in the %&&. How about IRQ's for videophone cards. Both manufacturers of equipment and ISP's are going to be inundated with tech support calls. With ISP's running on shrinking margins and tech support being extremely demanding of key personnel, Franklin again offers a total solution to ISP's to help them stay profitable.

I mean it is brilliant.

Consider also some of the big boys like Prodigy, their customer support sucks, you can't even get through to a live voice. They have a bulletin board chat system for tech support. Now they are entering the ISP world and expect to survive with that rinky dink BS tech support system, I DON'T THINK SO. To top it off, yesterday they announced that in April they would be offering Voice CHAT, that's a laugh, about the only person you're going to be talking to, is yourself, muttering obscentities when it doesn't work. Instead call 1-900-FRANKLN, if Prodigy and/or like type services get smart they sign a contract with Franklin and let them handle their tech support with live, real people, and keep their customers happy.

The cost today of getting a new customer for a ISP is estimated to be about 3 mos. out of the first years proceeds. If you can't keep them after a 30 day free trial, your costs become losses.

Frank has figured out a way to bring more ISP's to his doorstep, and while there, asks them, would you like to take a look at some of our other products, we have Channel Banks, 800#'s, Cyclone, Tornadoes, and just about every other storm under the sun. How many Lightning Bolts do you want in that bottle? Oh, you say your getting pressed by the big boys, hey little fella, how about if I show you how to give your customers state of the art speed and let you build your equipment infrastructure for about 1/3 rd the cost. Oh you say you have some demanding Corporate accounts, can I interest in some Satellite access? Customer support, no problem.

GET IT? Get It!

BTW, if people do get it, it will be a lot higher then 5.94 x 6.06 my friend.
