Heyy James, This is all very nice...quite a profit for those who were in at much lower prices. Now....why would a company whose stock was selling yesterday for about $1 issue news declaring a 4/1 stock dividend which would in essence lower their stock value back down to a penny stock? Does this make sense? Is is because they want to remain a non-reporting company? Does anyone know issued/outstanding shares? I'm just looking for explanations. I have found absolutely nothing about SOWK....they do have a rather nice website but no investor relations department. Regards, Helene
