HILLSBORO, Ore. -(Dow Jones)- Intel Corp. reduced prices for fast Ethernet network adapters and fast Ethernet print servers by as much as 40% and 20%, respectively, effective Feb. 10. The chip maker said Wednesday it reduced the price of single-pak PRO/100 Adapters to $99 from $159. In 80-pak configurations, the company cut the price to $84 from $129. Intel cut the price of single NetportExpress PRO/100 print servers to $499 from $599. In a three-pak configuration, the price was reduced to $433 from $533.
