The S-3 that was filed on Monday registering approx 170,000 shares has apparently been used as an excuse by the market makers to pull some stops. Sophisticated investors realize that this registration was required by SEC regulations as the lockup period on these shares is up in 60 days. They also would know that the shares have been previously allocated and that this registration in no event signals an offer to sell. I think this filing was done by the lawyers at Morrison and Forrester without consulting management and I believe it probable that management will be releasing a clarifying statement later today.
