Advise? I'm sitting up here in Canada with a proxy to vote, thinking of putting Frank Stout's name on it and sending it off. He seems the only real independant director on the board. If Grausz's shares (23.7%) aren't voted management and directors only have 9% to vote so an interested party could take over Cistron and change it's direction. Is there anyone out there interested in taking a run at management and directors? Just wishing I guess. If somebody really was interested they'd just buy Grausz's shares which would pretty well give them control.
