Everyone: The Cycomm Form 8K is now posted at 10:48:21 a.m. today (10th). It was submitted on Feb 4th. See freeedgar.com. SIC Code 3663, Symbol CYI. They are as Chris reported, looking at a variety of options to resolve current problems. Read the document and form your own judgement. There is plenty of life left in this yet. Will depend on management making the correct decisions going forward.
