Well, I don't believe those numbers by a lot. Nor do I believe that people will play a game where they cannot see the other winners. After all I could put up a game where bingo was played and nobody would win $1. My software could control every board and pick numbers that would give any number of people tantalizingly close 4 in a rows before declaring a winner that no one else sees - me.

You can build it, and they may come, but they won't stay long. I think you will see very high turnover rate in this. And most people will not bet $5 15 times an hour for long. This is wildly optimistic. Since you have confirmed that they actually intend to run traditional Bingo games, it is quite clear to me that they have only this imagined thread of a hope that things will workout this way.

Interesting to note that of the employees that you listed, that 2 of them are devoted to Investor Relations. with 5 offices, that suggests 40% of your company is devoted to shareholders buying more shares. That is a little peculiar to say the least. Talk about your inverted priorities.
