I am amazed at the Lemming Republicans on this thread. You are blindly following your Republican leaders, as your leaders are cowardly leaving you behind the closed doors of the Senate.

Can you possibly feel good about shutting the public out of the Senate debates? What are you afraid that the public will hear?

Is there at least ONE self thinking Republican on this thread that wanted the hearings out in the open? Is there one Republican on this thread that believes that government should not hide behind closed doors.

Here in Florida we have "sunshine laws" that force our government to work out in the open. Yet Senator Connie Mack, from Florida, voted to hide these Senate hearings in the dark. Is Connie Mack afraid that the people of Florida, who elected him, will see something that they won't like?
