What exactly does BMS have ?? Am I correct in assuming they are acquiring 45 percent of BII. BII has no revenue or am I wrong ?? and BII is 85 percent owned by Arete. Is this correct and where are we going from here. Seems like a tangled web of side-deals. Barry
