I don't think it's any indication of the lawsuit outcome at all. I think it relates to the action taken to give the stockholders .97 for each of their shares after the vote. Also, doesn't JNNE still own ANFS shares? What has happened to JNNE's investment as it relates to their assets/balance sheet? Think about it.
