Stock Split ?

I think the following is true? Comments ?

1) GE has a recent policy of splitting once
firmly set at $100 plus ... as we now sort are.

2) As I remember the split usually coincides with
annual meeting which I think is in April

3) GE generally announces intention to split sometime
around now.

is the above correct and do we have any insights
into possible split
