This approach of permitting evidence even if the law was broken, leaves the door open for prosecutorial misconduct. How many stories of Starr's tactics and police and prosecutorial crimes are needed before people understand that gung-ho cops and others *will* break the law if permitted to. These guys aren't saints, just bullies with guns and authority.
