Yes it is a reaction to that but why are they taking these drastic measures? <<<<<<<<Also, doesn't JNNE still own ANFS shares? What has happened to JNNE's investment as it relates to their assets/balance sheet? Think about it.>>>>>>>>>>>> It hasn't been an asset for a long time... We have a certificate still..It was declared invallid. As far as I know the lawsuit doesn't want the shares anymore...Now it's time to pay IMO. Since they have about 14 mill. on them from what I can understand of it. JMO, FP
