ANFS did raise about $14 million with this move, although they really screwed the stockholders who thought they had a $4 stock. Maybe they wanted to screw JNNE, although JNNE will settle for cash, not stock I am sure. Why would ANFS do this, lower the value of their stock by 75%? Strange move to say the least.
