Mike: Kuwait calling for OPEC cuts. Also I saw a headline on the OPEC site this morning that Mexico is prepared to cooperate with OPEC to get the price back up. Important to realize that Kuwait is even more of a US puppet than Saudi Arabia. They would not be calling for cuts without prior US approval. bloomberg.com
