I am just a novice. But, FGI is my # 1 holding. If GIFI ever falls back down to 7 I will buy a truck load. I have a small position in GIFI. I quess the answer to your question is FGI, especially if you can buy it below 11. I still like RON when it is below 24. Right now I like RIG below 24.
