After considering ramifications to current shareholder base and the future implications of a financing plan PLRP has decided to maintain the status quo with regard to its current capitalization structure and current ticker symbol.

Translation:
"We've decided not to screw you with a sneak attack 1-20 reverse split."

Additionally, PACEL Corp. (NASD OTC BB:PLRP) is actively seeking acquisitions in related fields of computer services technology and Internet computer industry. Several candidates have been identified and negotiations are underway with the respective management of several firms.

Translation:
"It's not very likely that we will fail TWICE to aquire a company."

''After an in depth review of the prospects for PACEL, the board of directors concluded it is in our current shareholders' best interest to actively pursue our future growth plans via internal development and targeted acquisition candidates under the existing capitalization structure. Although alternative plans had significant merit, the plan currently adopted provides for the most opportunity for enhancement of shareholder value'', stated Dave Calkins, President of PACEL Corp.

Translation:

Oh, Pacel... may you do well, but I'm still going through shock about how it came to this.
