TO ALL: SPECIAL NOTE: Expect a little weakness in FTEL on the open because of DCTC shareholders trying to raise cash by selling off some FTEL to help buoy DCTC. We should see some support in FTEL around 5.31 use this as one more buying opportunity. Here's why. I just got off the phone with a investment banker who stated that he took some inquiries yesterday from some Silicon Valley money managers about FTEL. New money is coming into Franklin as they continue to catch the eyes of the industry. With Bill Gates involvement in WebTV who knows what kind of money is looking at Franklin, after all, Cantor-Fitzgerald is representing somebody. RB
