(COMTEX) B: GGNC Announces Cyberbetz Site Now Translated Into Japanes
B: GGNC Announces Cyberbetz Site Now Translated Into Japanese (Total Market
Population of 120 Million)

LAS VEGAS (Feb. 10) BUSINESS WIRE -Feb. 10, 1999--

The Company's Second Internet Sports Bar Club in Asia
to Open in Tokyo

GIC Global Intertainment Corp. (OTC BB:GGNC), located and licensed in
the Commonwealth of Dominica, today announced that the company's
Internet Casino and Sports Book casino site -- www.cyberbetz.com -- has
been totally translated into the Japanese language for the huge,
growing and largely untapped Japanese market.

With a 120 million population, Japan's number of Internet users in 1998
over the previous year grew at a rate of 73 percent, according to
Computing Japan magazine. By the end of 1999, Access Media projects
the number of Japanese Internet users to increase an additional 44
percent, and to continue growing at double-digit rates per annum.

Access Media also expects nearly one-fifth of the Japanese population
to be accessing the Internet by the end of 1999. Over 60 percent of
the people in Japan access the Internet primarily from their home. In
fact, year-to-year growth in the number of home access users increased
from 75 percent in 1997 to 111 percent in 1998.

James Chu, president and CEO of GGNC, stated that: "Japan currently is
one of the largest Internet markets in Asia. The Japanese people
(largely home Internet users) are avid gamblers, not only in the
traditional casino games and sporting events like horse racing. They
also love to gamble on new sporting events like cycling racing, sumo
wrestling, etc., which is ideal for our Japanese version of the
Cyberbetz Internet Casino and on-line Sports Book casino to penetrate
and tap into."

He furthermore announced, "Our company already is planning and
negotiating to open its second Internet Sports Bar Club, to be situated
in Tokyo, which will be the first one in Japan and only the second in
all of Asia, after our first Internet Sports Bar Club in China is
opened soon in Guandong Province, China. GGNC's plan is to expand our
Internet Sports Bar Club network throughout Asia continuously this
year. The company intends to open its third Internet Sports Bar Club
in Taiwan."

The Wall Street Research Group, a company that features undervalued
stocks in emerging growth markets, has listed GGNC as a "recommended
buy." For further information see www.superstocks.net/gicglobal.com or
