The reason I still plan to get back into this one before the financials is that I expect them to be good news. Anticipation of good financials is the *only* good reason I can think of for the decision to go with the 30:1 split. I think someone expected the company to stay at or above its pre-split levels for a while. Doesn't do a bit of good toward getting listed if the stock stays below $3. And the 30:1 split would've put it at $3 the day it was done. I'd bet they expected that if the split had been done on the 15th, it would've been high enough over $3 to stay there long enough for listing.
