I'll give you a few, pick one:

The MacOS.
TurboPascal.
The dismal initial Windows release.
Novel NetWare.
The release of DrDOS 6.0.
The OS/2 fallout with their main customer and ally (at the time) IBM.
Their initial neglect strategy towards the Internet.
