CQ seems to be at a good buy-in point now after the LMT pull-back...there is a 50% premium for the Lockheed tender and a 23% premium for the Lockheed merger value...the actual merger value could be determined by the LMT stock price possibly in late '99...and the U.S. proposed budget was good news for Lockheed...
