That's where they're headquartered, which does not have to have any bearing on where the company is incorporated. I've done some searching on the net for Virginia and I'm unable to access the corporate name of any company in that state. I have to agree with you, the 'threat' of a RS was one I hadn't even considered before because the share count was reasonable, or so I thought. But I will admit that I haven't kept up with it after all we'd been through, didn't really see the point of it after a while.
