I am new to this board, but have posted in the past on AOL about New Dimension. I have been following this company for about 2 1/2 years now, and have seen a marvelous turnaround in MANY areas. They have gotten costs under control due to a couple of management changes, and have greatly enhanced and diversified their product line, including moving whole new product areas (such as Control-SA). A Gartner Group report last summer called them the company with the best "future vision" of ANY of their competitors, by quite a ways. The Gartner Group report also stated that the company has greatly improved its ability to deliver, also a big plus. There was also a positive Morningstar report out on them last summer. I look at them like this: The company is absolute leaps and bounds better in all areas than it was in 1993, when the stock was trading in the 20's. Given their current trend in operations, it is simply nuts to think they won't be back at least in the 20's again. They have new products coming on line, lots of new strategic alliances, including ones coming in March (I believe) with Tivoli and SAP, a beefed up North American sales force added last spring, which is JUST starting to show improving sales, and they picked up a decent maintenance revenue stream with the EDS-Germany purchase last month (which also should lead to add-on sales). To me, it is only a matter of time before all of these cylinders start kicking into place, and total revenues really ramp up. Look at how much earnings kicked higher in the third quarter, on a decent uptick in sales (only $750K of which were pushed from the second quarter). Patient investors will be greatly rewarded on this one. I asked the company's spokesperson last month if she had been getting more calls from people inquiring about the company. She said calls were up across the board, both from individual investors and money managers. I have also seen lots of larger block trades come in on the ask side lately, while more of the sales on the bid side have been in the 100 to 2000 share range. All-in-all, I think you have a very decent company, and it will reward heavily within the next year or so.
