2. Informal. A total failure.
3. Obsolete. An evil influence of a star or planet.

The items on your list are mere pin pricks to a sleeping bear:

>The MacOS.
>TurboPascal.
>The dismal initial Windows release.
>Novel NetWare.
>The release of DrDOS 6.0.
>The OS/2 fallout with their main customer and ally (at the time) IBM.
>Their initial neglect strategy towards the Internet.
