Thanks for the reply, but I was afraid it was something like that. Must be that they have some reason to expect the near term escalation of share price - or are getting desperate. Perhaps they have some announcement in the wings that they will release shortly that they hope will move the stock substantially so that company and warrant holders will benefit. Can they do that? That is, can they extend a warrant, then come out with good news to drive the stock higher so that the warrants are exercised? Seems like shareholders are likely to be screwed if that is the case unless they sell just as special warrants are converted.
