Of course not. At least not this month. They have
the perfect excuse. With the back-loaded quarter they've
told about, they won't know the numbers until first or
second week in March. If they have lousy numbers,
they'll say so a week before earnings, because that's
about when they'd know.

So, nothing doing this month at least, I agree.

That's why no institutions will touch this stock
unless they've got good inside info. that it's worth
their while.

We will know this when we see heavy buying.

Right now the stock is oversold and probably even the
few stealth accumulators are either gorged or know they
can wait.
