X The Unknown, The "red-handed" I agree with, if there is NO doubt. But then what about a crime of passion vs. pre-meditated murder. I may be wrong but I think the death penalty is only mandatory for pre-meditated (1st degree?) murder, and then that probably changes from state to state. So "red-handed and pre-meditated" I could possibly condone execution but then only in a very humanitarian way, lethal injection. Electrocution is no improvement on hanging IMO and may even be worse. A man hung correctly will have his neck broken immediately and won't have to strangle. Sidney
