SWS is a NYSE co. with a market cap of 315 million dollars. SWS has a float of 7.7 million shares. RFGI is a small cap firm with a market cap of 6.7 million dollars and a float of 800,000 shares. RFGI will not move the shares of SWS that much but with its move today will certainly capture the attention of lots of institutional investor with the overall market conditions.
