Hi Dennis, I'm not sure the settings are "right" but I'm using Sell SAFE at 10% and Buy side is 15%. The biggest difference is that I'm trading only about 3% of the portfolio with each trade. That's what is keeping the HOLD range so small. Next Sell order for about 3% of my holding is set for $14-3/8. Hope this helps.
