Mark, just how long ago was it that you worked for this company? They lost the CA contract way back in 1995, I believe. Comapany under new management since early 96. Can you tell us some specifics about their problems and who was at the helm when they had them? Please justify your reasons for this ALERT or we may have to think this is just sour grapes from an ex-employee.
