That would be an excellent way to double costs in every district that buses a majority of their students with ZERO impact on test scores. Several districts in this area have stopped busing because they can't afford it and you want to make it even more expensive.

When you are taxing me to educate YOUR children you bet it boils down to money, especially when that money goes to a government education system that fails way too often to educate. ABOLISH government schools and let the competition begin.
