I took a flier on Cell Pathways last week, another biotech fallen angel with disappointing clinical trials on ITS ONE PROMISING PRODUCT.
It is coming back a little from its low of 6 1/2. It dropped a little today in sympathy. So I'm tapped out on biotech for now.
I read a glowing report a while back in Forbes on Vion.
The problem with these startup drug companies is the daunting FDA gauntlet of getting a drug approved. And the small ones just seem to have one or two products in the pipeline.
The good news is that some of the products are going to work and turn us baby boomers into future nonogenarians or centogenarians, or whatever the terms are!
