Harken wants to buy their shares back cheap. Hitting water in Islero is not hurting Harken just the shareholder.
If they have enough money to buy back shares they have enough "CASH FLOW".
Who thinks Faulkner did not know of the water before he increased his buy back to 10,000,000?
