Barb, don't think that will happen. Apple growers would rather let the apple go rotten in the orchard than giving them for free. This was what happened in Wahsington State last fall. Hog price was so depressing a couple of weeks ago, but have you seen any of them giving for free? As a matter of fact, pork price was relatively stable for the end consumers. And it is the same for dairy food. They dumped milk in the ocean but never give them for free. I think this is just how capitalism works.
