i think that the project is okay - KCA has done the work here and no one is disputing their #'s, that I have heard. But there is a significant lack of interest in ITG's ability to raise $$ and interest. Think that ITG has lost the respect a few times of the market and until they switch heads, no one is gonna take them seriusly. Too bad - missing an opp with the property and how long is KCA gonna put up with that?
