Jem,
I suppose the company was attempting to mislead someone by announcing this about a month ago. Perhaps if those who would object to a company promoting itself, should look at commercials on television, pick up a newspaper, check out banner ads on internet sites, and on and on.
If you have a small company no one knows about, the best way to gain some consumer attention is to advertise. Anyone who has a problem with that, has a big one, since the media is full of it.
I suggest the company has been honest in its actions, and with Furr's disclaimer openly disclosing his compensation, there is no deceit intended by anyone connected with the company. Those who would object, could probably find something better to do with their time, than to point out the obvious.
Got to get back to work.
