I am long this company, but I must say that I've hated every single one of their internet sites so far. They are (a) ugly, (b) unfriendly and hard to find what you are looking for, and (c) a lot more expensive than other online shops. Why would anyone in his right mind go to a Cendant site? Also, given that Cendant does not have the brain and the talent to build a good web site, why don't they just copy the design from some of the good ones? I don't get it; it can't be that difficult to imitate a good site. ST
