Spoke with Larry Trachtenberg CFO at MINI. * Business model still the same; growth by acquisition (and subsequent process improvement) and focus on core container business. * Reducing sales of telestructures (focus on leasing) * Success in introduction of wider container (over 1000 placements) * 80% utilization of 26000 fleet of containers * solid customers with no one dominant * eliminating dealer sales (and thereby increasing margin) * successful conversion of Denver using "we make them more efficient" marketing model. * establishment of new product in data records storage for office type needs (on site) Larry could not comment on earnings other than that they have a great track record for meeting/exceeding. Still seems to be that nice little company that we all like. I don't expect any problems (IMO)
