Don't forget that their fiscal year is July 1 to June 30. According to posts from Dean (per his talks with Morgan), the 10-K will not show positive financials. It is the subsequent 10-Q's that are both supposed to show positive results. I don't know how much faith one can put into it, but when I talked to Alexis yesterday, I was told that the 10-Q's were completed but could not be released before the 10-K.

Unfortunately, I began buying at about $1.20 pre split. After averaging down, I still need $6.60 to break even. I will hold (doesn't seem worthwhile to sell at this point) and consider buying more after the 10-K.
