jmt, No offense, but the reason you may not have gotten an answer back to your question is because the share issue has been discussed at length in earlier posts right here on this thread...It's approx. 180 million and we were all somewhat concerned this past summer because a RS was mentioned as part of PPP/Cabec split....Maybe you should read the past posts for additional DD at your leisure...Bye...
