That scenario puzzles me to no end. If ANFS has the COSTCO care program revenue and assets on the books and they are profitable. Then they must be heavily debt ridden not to be able to payoff the lawsuit or work something out. I'm not saying this isn't what is happening - I have no idea one way or the other. Maybe someone can approach PR to see if there is any credibility in this hypothetical. After all, PR did say a few weeks ago that the suit could settle sometime in February. Maybe this could be it. That along with Mr. Naughtons reported comments that he wants to maintain a friendly relationship with them for the future. Maybe a coincidence, Maybe not.

Kevin - will wait and see wondering like everyone else what the outcome will be.
