E-mail internets..GCTY,NSOL After about 1 dozen email I decided to answer on the thread instead of each one individually. I think its a mistake to chase the internet sector. I let NSOL,GCTY come to me today and I got GCTY early enough but NSOL didn't arrive until most of the day was gone. I would place emphasis on internets that have 'proven' themselves in an earnings report like NSOL, VRSN,BVSN,NTBK,AOL,NITE,GCTY,GNET,XCIT and YHOO rather than LCOS, VRIO,ONSL,AMZN who are still 'fresh' from a downdraft.

I would also trade other sectors beside the internets even though the gains are not that great.. i've held TWX, CBS, KSWS,TMC, SE, YUM,FM,SFSK through most the recent downdraft as well as small stints with SDLI,AVID and AVP and the occasional daytrade. I was stopped out of NTAP,VRIO,RTRSY and ELNK but with much smaller postions. Of course I had about 12 points of losses but I also had more than 28 points of gains and that does not include NSOL (because today was the first day that I did not have any losses) which alone accounted for 8 and 12 points for the day. Had I 'stuck' with the internets/techs my losses would have outnumbered the gains 2 to 1
