In a word; yes. But I seriously doubt that anything will come from it. There is one firm in Boston I know of that specializes in class action suits again public companies. You can bet a firm-wide conference is underway. They are in on a class action suit I'm in on with a real small cap stock. Unfortunately, I been down this road twice in my investing career and I've never seen a single, positive thing come from it. I've never made a dime on the lawsuit, the company just keeps doing what it wants, and the lawyers make a fortune. A Don Henley song quotes someone (I forgot who) and he was right; kill all the lawyers, kill them all tonight!
