Thanks for the news Morrie, I was not aware of that. Once the actual numbers are available though, maybe we can better assess 1997-98 targets. I like the OREX story but earnings expectations must be achieved for the story to make any sense to an investor.

I can appreciate Isolyser's achievements and challenges, but management credibility is fundamentally necessary to the investment community. Setting earnings expectations high enough to accentuate the positive but low enough to assure achieving or exceeding such projections is paramount to the high confidence levels demanded by financial analysts and investors. Despite reasons, excuses, or other defensive rationale accounting for poor eps performance, management must project AND achieve a high growth rate in eps beginning immediately to sustain today's valuations.

Realistically and as previously posted, my expectations are longer term, but with contra hedges in the interim to provide some economic return on the investment. However, that doesn't mean that I will indefinitely tolerate bad performance and hang on to unrealistic beliefs. Meanwhile, I'm looking forward to getting the numbers and reassessing my investment expectations. I may try to meet with Isolyser management, specifically their CFO, if I can get an appointment with him at some point. Regards-Kent
